Like Italian food? Yes? – keep reading and prepare to feel hungry! The arrival of Luigia has been nothing short of exciting, and I for one was eager to try out the new Italian restaurant in Rixos Premium on JBR.  Picture perfect🌷📸 #Luigia #Petali #Dubai #JBR #Italian A post shared by LUIGIA – The Best of Italy (@luigiadubai) on Feb 1, 2018 at 10:08am PST With 4 successful Luigia venues already dotted around Europe, the much-loved Italian restaurant places an emphasis on authenticity, simplicity and quality. Recognised by Gambero Rosso as one of the top 10 pizzerias in the world, this award-winning Italian restaurant, founded by Luigi Guarnaccia and Enrico Coppola, is really as good as they say it is!  It’s definitely not a small space, but with a collection of different tables and chairs in all heights, shapes and size, the restaurant doesn’t feel too empty, even if only a few of the tables are full. Winner, winner – we have found one of our favourite dinners! If you, like me, have long been a fan of Tashas in Galleria Mall, then you will fall in love with the new Flamingo Rooms by Tashas. Natasha’s (the owner) signature attention to detail is prevalent in every aspect of the …

I have long wanted to try the new restaurant that now occupies the space where Mango Tree once sat and with the new year in full swing, we finally found a Friday to indulge in a ‘traditional Dubai night’ – an evening spent watching the fountains, browsing Souk Al Bahar and having a delicious dinner (instead of your standard day-time brunch). The new-comer (which has probably been open nearly a year now), The Atlantic Dubai is the first international outpost of the flagship restaurant in Melbourne helmed by dynamic culinary duo Nick Mahlook and Sam Hocking, renowned for their culinary flair. Located in the heart of downtown Dubai, The Atlantic Dubai is set against the backdrop of the beautiful Burj Khalifa, and situated along the Souk Al Bahar’s extensive waterfront promenade overlooking the majestic Dubai fountains – it is probably the best views of the fountains you will get (unless you stand on the promenade, which let’s be honest, is no fun without a drink!). Whilst Mango Tree looked a bit tired, the new The Atlantic …
